Justin has promised a ‘short film’ for his new release with a couple of surprises according to Capitalfm.
Justin Bieber has described his ‘As Long As You Love Me’ music video as a “short film” and hinted at cameo appearances from both Usher and will.i.am in the upcoming promo.
The ‘Boyfriend’ star has been filming the highly anticipated video this weekend and promised fans it the new promo is “next level”.
Nothing like a bit of advance hype and intrigue. Has Justin had lessons on marketing mass control or is he just a smooth talker?
“I promise on everything that every guy on the planet wishes they were Justin Bieber in this music video right now. #AsLongAsYouLoveMeVideo,” Justin’s manager Scooter Braun tweeted last night (7th July), while Justin simply posted:“This video is next level! #AsLongAsYouLoveMe.”
Nothing like a couple of Twitters twittering up a storm.
Justin also teased that both his mentor Usher and ‘This Is Love’ rapper will.i.am have filmed appearances in the video, despite rapper Big Sean being the only official collaborator on ‘As Long As You Love Me’.
Teasing is an interesting approach. Does teasing mean ‘keep on the edge of your seats’ get eager or does it mean ‘hey guys the public want you – get in my video’?
Last week Justin announced the first full details of his upcoming UK ‘Believe’ tour , which will feature nine dates across cities including Birmingham and London, and kicks off at the Manchester Arena on 21st February 2013.

So I guess Justin is practiced from day one on getting noticed and marketing himself. Lets see what happens and see if the new sing with Justin Beiber video will include Usher and will.i.am.

I can’t say I want to sing along to Justin, but my daughter is singing his songs and downloading them Youtube all the time. I never knew his career started from Youtube, it does make you wonder where all this internet stuff is going though. Opportunities there for the young ones if they put their mind to it.
