Beatrice Miller is another 13 year old with another outstanding family that supports her every step. This week she brings a more grungy rock approach to her performance and it works by singing ‘Iris’ by Goo Goo Dolls.
Again Beatrice is not your average 13 year old. She did the voice over for Molly in Toy Story 3 and is very accustomed to practice, practice, practice and the discipline of breathing, singing and performing exercises thanks to the support of her parents.
Her performance was well done, her voice suited the song and the way she delivered it. And you can tell that she puts a hell of a lot of practice with continual additional singing lessons along the way.
Beatrice’s mother even commented on one of our posts of how she was getting Beatrice additional singing lessons from a voice coach via Skype online.
Determination, opportunity, people seeing your passion and wanting to nurture your interests to the fullest – I’m sure all these ingredients are a part of Beatrice’s talent.
What an inspiration for other youngsters to see that a 13 year old can be so polished and sing with so much feeling as Beatrice.
I for one want to see more, and lets hope more youngsters are inspired to develop their talents as much as Beatrice has.
