They’re fun, they get your feet tapping and the singing is addictive. So why don’t you get personal singing lessons online with Maroon 5’s latest albumOverexposed?
How much do you absolutely love singing along to a track that just gets you going and lifts your soul? I know I do and yes in the shower is one place but I can’t get my computer in there. So how about tuning in online for free and getting your very own personal lessons from Levine himself.
Reuters at CityTv had this to say about this vocal tantaliser of an album:
Personal Singing Lessons Online with Marron 5 and Overexposed
American rock band Maroon 5 is celebrating 10 years in the music business with the release of their fourth studio album, Overexposed.
Filled with songs that the band simply call fun, the new CD features 12 tracks which were all co-written by at least one of the band members.
“It’s really easy to listen to. I think the songs are all great but it also has a certain lightness that I think is important for our band at this point. It’s hard to explain what it is exactly, but it’s definitely a good sonic experience,” said lead singer, Adam Levine.

So have Maroon 5 been a hit from day one?
Although the group released their first album in 2002, it took them two years to hit the charts. Their first hit single was Harder to Breathe which was quickly followed up by This Love, from the Songs About Jane album.
Taking a moment to reminisce about their release day ten years ago, lead guitar player, James Valentine, called the time thrilling.
“We were so excited to get that out, we were so hungry and so eager in those days to get our music out there,” he told Reuters.
“We played Tower Records that day too, before its demise. We played Tower Records on Sunset and then we had a party,” added Levine.
Their first CD ended up going triple platinum in many countries around the world.
Fresh off the worldwide success of their hit, Moves Like Jagger, and Levine’s highly visible role as a judge on the U.S. television show The Voice, the band recognizes they’ve become household names. While enjoying the success, the band realizes they are a bit overexposed, hence, the name of the new album.

If you’ve not heard it yet it’s one to pick up. Adam’s singing style is somewhat contageous and definitely gives you that feel good factor. You can simply find tracks from the album online (Youtube is a good source), listen, sing along and enjoy. It’s almost like getting personal singing lessons from Maroon 5’s Overexposed journey.
Not every track is up my alley but a good selection of them do get you going such as ‘Payphone’ and ‘One More Night’. You simply can’t help but learn vocal technique from Adam as he so smoothly sings song after song.
Try it.
